In English, Nari-kin (³É½ð) is actually means 'promoted gold'.

It would change endings considerably since in many all-out attacks, G are
involved. If player can ensure these make a move (likely to be in

then they will promote to an even more powerful smothering piece at the

I´m not sure if this minimal change has important effects on the game play. My first impression is that it would be very close to the original game, and, perhaps, only once in a while one can see something relatively different and interesting enough to be mentioned.
