Okay, I think I get most of the rules.

Each turn, a player may move as many pieces as they have Chieftains. And each Chieftain may only 'activate' one piece, counting itself.

Only pieces within the 7x7 area centered by a Chieftain may be moved, including the Chieftain itself.

Pieces can only be moved once per turn.

The game is won by stalemate.

Still don't fully understand 'Pieces are moved sequentially, in the order listed by the player'. It's probably obvious.

All in all, a very interesting game.
