I was running a game between this applet and the Interactive Diagram for Cavalier Chess, and after these moves – 1. Cab4 Nf6 2. Cde4 Nh5 3. Nd2 – the applet would not let me move anything except the Cavalier I previously moved. It would not let me move the Nightrider from b1 to d2, as the Interactive Diagram had done. So, while I could not test their relative playing ability, I did learn that the applet is buggy.
