I now equipped the Design Wizard for interactive diagrams (which by default was set to use Alfaerie) with buttons to recall required graphics settings for various other piece sets, including the XBoard 33x33 pieces shown below. I also improved the script to be more clever in handling annoying differences between the piece sets, such as capitalization of the piece names (which before would prevent the 'Stock' selection from working, as it assumed lower-case image names), and how to obtain the contents of the directory (which is different for the graphics where there is also a web page describing them in that directory), which was preventing the 'Pick' button from working with uploaded member graphics.
This now makes it possible to smoothly use the following graphics in interactive diagrams:
