Pawns now inherit ability of friendly pieces in limited form, and castling, en passant and double moves are deprecated. This game has inevitably got lost in the crowd, but I heavily recommend people check it out (this is not really self praise as its not a game I consider "my own", more a simple discovery). Its probably the most playable and elegant of my variants (along with Minima), and it has the advantage of using standard equipment. In my opinion it is a game that does what so few chess variants actually do, in that it genuinely improves on FIDE Chess. To me, it belongs on the front page as one of the fundamental chess variants.
