The rules and the preset description are normally two separate pages,
though some people write them as one. When they are separate pages, they
must belong to the same group to both show up in the Related Pages submenu.
You should look for them in the Related Pages>Primary submenu. They will be
labeled by the page names, not as Rules or Preset.
