This is a cool idea. Someone ought to write a Zillions of Games rules file for this game. (I might one at some point, but I'm getting a bit backed up.) Having Zillions play itself at 3 minutes a turn on a fast machine might expose any forced wins.

Hey, this seems really cool. I would like to hear comments from more people, or see if anyone with more computer skills than I would write a zillions file for it. Good job Mr. Rutherford

Whenever someone asks me about 1D games, this is definitely one that I
recommend. I think that most can find it an interesting game, not just
Shogi variant players.

I enjoyed coding this one for Zillions.
