Only one color in the SVG file is ever affected by fen2. For Alfaerie that is #f9f9f9. (It can be set in a defaults.ini file in the theme's directory what color that is.) Any other color would be rendered 'as is'.

Compound pieces are made up of two SVG files. I built the White Flaming Chariot by defining it as w=F9F9F9&b=FF8000&p=wchariot-bflame. Thus:

I'm just saying, it'd be nice to be able to do the same thing with something like w=F9F9F9&b=666666&p=chariot-gflame&g-FF8000 so I could have both a White Flaming Chariot and a Black Flaming Chariot, with orange flames, using fen2. (Obviously, of course, I can make png icons for them the way I already have.)
