Trioschaak set: Photo's
Recently, I saw in my fathers' chess variants collection a box with Trioschaak (translated: Triochess), a three player chess variant, distributed in the Netherlands. The set was distributed by Het Vrije Volk, a Dutch newspaper. As Het Vrije Volk became after a fusion Het Rotterdams Dagblad in 1986, this set should be dated before 1986. It is similar to triochess. This may have been a promotional item.Below, you see a few photo's of the set; one of these made by my 9 year old daughter Annefleur, with a Kodak DC20 camera, donated by David Howe.
