Faceoff Chess

Suddenly imagined simple chess variant.

Setup & pieces are standard.

Rules

Kings can't be in one straight (horizontal and vertical) or diagonal line without pieces between them (face each other). Simply, they threaten each other like Queens.

All other rules are as in FIDE. Your aim is to checkmate.

So king vs king + 2 knights position is not draw.
