The engine doesn't enforce rules (so it's no competitor for Zillions) but allows you to have cards with backs, dealt in hands, with artwork, etc. I don't have the link at the moment, but Google does. I'm tempted to use this to get something that's been floating in <I>my</I> mind for years: Chess on Any (Large Enough) Number of Squares.<p> Pick a number of squares N and an initial length l ? N. Place the two kings at opposite ends of a line of l square tiles. Divide the remaining squares equally, with Black getting the extra square if N-l is odd.
