I loved it!

To me, it is the birth oif a new kind of variant, that can be called
template variant, or meta-variant, where the rules are devised and applied
to another variant.

Why not a hexagonal variation of crazyhouse/bughouse?

I believe it is one of the most popular ways the things will turn to be in
the CV universe.
