It's okay for me now, thanks.

There may be a problem affecting more than one preset's code, possibly. When I try to move Black pawn e7 to e6 in the following log the preset won't let me for some reason:

I did not encounter the same problem. It could have been a temporary bug I introduced while streamlining how legal moves are stored just earlier today.

This preset has become completely broken.  It errors when making any move.

Great, thanks! Did you also see how when you go back to a previous move the board faces the wrong way?

As I predicted, your opponent is playing Black. The condition for checking whether Black could promote was missing a minus sign. I have fixed that, and I have also modified the code to handle Pawn promotion automatically.

On a related topic, the game courier preset doesn't promote pawns. My opponent didn't do it, so I went back and repeated my previous move with a note to him to promote the pawn (it wouldn't let me do it for him.) The strange thing is when I went back to repeat my last move, it showed the board rotated the wrong way even though it was my turn to move. Then, when I repeated my move, it said 'Move made by black' when it should have said 'Move made by white.' I think everything is still ok with the game, though, regardless of the temporary glitch...
