Any piece can move to friendly pawn and change place with it. Pawns thus become more dynamic and pieces less constrained.[All Comments] [Add Comment or Rating]M Winther wrote on 2007-08-17 UTCI was confused by the strange moves so I didn't check the preset properly. I found a bug which I've now fixed. I have playtested my presets so I'm surprised that I missed this one. I need to have code in this preset because a piece automatically changes place with a friendly pawn. Was it really me who invented this one? This is kind of fun. /Mats Jeremy Good wrote on 2007-08-17 UTCMats, I just wanted to check in and see whether you were following the ongoing kibbitzes? Maybe it would help if you disabled the rules in your preset? M Winther wrote on 2007-08-14 UTCIt's not the preset! In order to move the queen from a2 to d5 he has input a weird move: a2-d5;Q-d5 It's a minus sign there, too. I do not know what this means. To move the queen one should simply input: Q a2-d5 This form of faulty input should really be stopped by the Game Courier software. If they want to continue the game they only need to back a move and input a proper move. /Mats Jeremy Good wrote on 2007-08-14 UTCMats, there seems to be a problem with this preset. Please look at the kibbitz. Maybe you can fix it? Black is unable to play pxQ. 4 comments displayedLater ⇩Reverse Order⇧ EarlierPermalink to the exact comments currently displayed.
