My Schizo-chess involves playing as normal

When you capture you switch to the opposing colour and play a futher move
as that colour

if another capture then you switch back otherwise you stay on that colour

The aim is to mate as normal, but you have to be on the right colour.

If you work out a combination, you need to finish it on the right colour
to mate!

Here is another idea: At the beginning of the game, and also after the half switch, you roll the dice 1d8 to determine how many moves until the next half switch game!
