Quite an attractive game. I am wondering what Mr. Holmes will bring us down the road. On a different note: Dale, remember to register as a ChessVariants member and then add your personal info. Impressive creations so far... I look forward to more.

Without the complication of the chips I would rate this excellent, as a combination of a wide-board variant and a both-sides Besiege Chess (in fact an 8x24 both-sides Besiege Chess would also be very good). One question: if a player forgets which is their own true King, can they look to check (in the non-Chess sense)?

Elegant, generous scale; definitely a 10!

definitely playable. i love the idea of immensely long moves of Q/R/Bs and also the chips idea seems well thought out and adds the necessary twist. thoroughly interesting!
