Hi Andy! Your Elephant is an unusual piece, also known as the Hoo (Phoenix) in the 15x15 variant Dai Shogi.

I have added some estimates of piece values to Mir Chess. In answer to your question there, I doubt that the Mir Chess 36 army is a fair match for the Remarkable Rookies.
