As Gifford quoted Dr. Seuss, Jose, green eggs and ham to the last anonymous commenter here. I prefer to have the whole she-bang in front of you for complete context. Things bear repeating because there is deficient knowledge of what other designers have done including or even especially among editors pushing their own too. Nice work.

Given that the Chess Variants Pages offer a search function which allows to
search items by the same author, I consider it a bad habit to advertise all
other games by the same author in the pages again.

This leads to a 'poor' rating despite the fact that the described chess
variant looks interesting and may turn out to be a rather good one in play
testing.
