I have a page nearly ready for posting but it is a word document.  How do I keep the formatting when posting it to the Site.

Perhaps save it as HTML, and then post the HTML?

I don't know if MS Word creates reasonable HTML nowadays, though. When I made the mistake of editing a HTML page with Word many years ago, it turned a 2KB file into 20MB or so...

Thanks, I'll give this a try and see what happens.

It's best to not create documents for the site with word processors. They are designed for producing printed documents, not web pages. If you prefer to use a WYSIWYG editor, use the WYSIWYG mode available in the forms for submitting content. Although you could convert your document to HTML and post that, it is not recommended unless you know what you're doing, and if you wrote your document with Microsoft Word, I'm guessing you don't already know HTML.
