Can a King swap with a pawn when its on its own first rank? If so, how does a pawn on the first rank move? Too hard to attack the king in the midgame. This will make the game more drawish. I think this is a good idea, however. I'd get rid of the king-and-pawn swap, however. Or make it so only one king-and-pawn swap is allowed in the game. This will make the game more tactical and have more flare than standard FIDE chess.
