Chess in a Cylindrical Board - but glued in a non-stardard way

This variant is more similar to Circular Chess then to Cylindrical Chess. The board is glued "behind" the King's lines, with the addition of an extra line of pawns and 4 empty lines.

All other rules (castling, en-passant, promotion, etc) apply.

A sample game could be:

1- e4 e11
2- Bc4 Bc11
3- Qh5 Ne9 [defending f7!]
This variant can lead to subvariants, or similar games:
  • Toroidal Chess, if the a and h columns are glued.
  • Moebius Chess, if the glueing between the 11th/12th lines (or -3rd/-2nd) was done after a switching, so that a11 would glue to h12, etc.
