Jennifer Diane Reitz makes a comic strip in (`Japanese') manga style, called `Unicorn Jelly'. A chess variant also appears in this strip. The game is played on a board made of 24 triangles. Each player has three pieces, and there is a third set of three neutral pieces. The full rules of this chess variant are described on the Unicorn Jelly websiter.
