The notation presented is odd.

13...Pf5-f4 is the move that turns the tide unfavorably, I think. The resulting Pf4 does nothing, but is weak.

Instead, 13...Na6-c7 is a good waiting move because it fits in with many different plans; or one could simply play ..b6 or ...e6; but note 13...Nc7 14 Cd1-d3 Na7-e6?? 15 Cd3-e5+ picking off f5.

13...Nc7 14 Cd3 Nf6-e4 15 f3 Ne4-d6; one wishes to preserve e6 for N because Ne6 defends g5, and perhaps one can do h6-h5-h4 followed by a K attack. Nd6 is an excellent square for a Knight.

Having Nh5 and Na6 is "Springer am Rande bringt Schande" territory, don't you think?
